Heat machine wash all parts 

Repaint block

Paint rocker cover heat proof paint 

Check and replace core plugs in block

Pressure test head

Re seat valves

Rebuild cylinder head

Hone bores 

New piston rings

New main bearings

New bottom pulley 

New thurst washers 

Full gasket replacement 

New glow plugs 

New heavy duty clutch

New timing gear 

Set up wastegate actuator

New fuel filter

New auxiliary belts 

7 liters 15/40 mineral oil

Re fit engine
